Ben McBratney, Operations Manager - Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority
Ben McBratney is the Operations Manager for Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority in Troy PA. He manages the day-to-day operations of the landfill along with a wide variety of truck routes from the Bradford County Landfill. Ben has worked for NTSWA for over 10 years with experience in the waste, recycling, and trucking industries. Born and raised in Bradford County, Ben understands the importance of serving his community. In his spare time Ben enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Nancy Kulick, Administrative Support Specialist - Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission
Nancy is the Administrative Support Specialist for Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission. She maintains and services the NTRPDC loan portfolio along with assisting several of the programs that Northern Tier offers. Nancy has worked in the banking field for 10 years prior to her position at NTRPDC. Nancy also serves on the Board of EMAAC along with the NTCC Occupational Advisory Committee. In her spare time she enjoys camping, crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

Jim Good, Mountain Lake Construction & Mountain Lake Electric, Owner
James Good (Jim) owner of Mountain Lake Electric, Mountain Lake Construction & Overhead Doors. Jim attained an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Williamsport Community College in 1970 and upon graduation he went to work for Bell & Howell in their engineering group. Having worked in maintenance for GTE Sylvania (currently GTP) and Towanda Area School District, he had considerable knowledge of the electrical industry when he started working for Mountain Lake Electric (MLE) in 1977. In 1979 he had the opportunity to purchase MLE and has owned it since.
Jim is on numerous Board of Directors and is past president of Towanda Rotary, Towanda Jaycees, Bradford County Library System and Troy Little League. Married to Nanette Huffman since 1974, they have four grown children and three grandchildren. Jim enjoys traveling west to ski but believes Bradford County is a great place to work and raise a family.
Kim Baldwin
Kim Baldwin is the Senior Branch Manager at M&T bank at the Towanda location. She handles personal banking as well as the business/commercial banks for the Towanda location. Kim also had her life insurance and financial investment licenses. Kim has worked for M&T Bank for over twelve year.
Kim has been married for 21 years and has two grown sons.
She has been an active board members with the CBCCC for 3 years.

Maria Knapp, Marketing Manager– Guthrie
Maria Knapp was born and raised in Bradford County. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Marketing from Marywood University and lives in Wyalusing with her husband and two children.
Maria is the Marketing Manager at The Guthrie Clinic, with responsibility for marketing health care services, brand management, fundraising, recruitment, and corporate sponsorships. Prior to joining The Guthrie Clinic, she worked as a Marketing Manager for The Azek Company for over 10 years, where she directed major brand refreshes and other partnering initiatives.
Maria’s greatest strengths are her strategies, creativity, drive and leadership.
Maria is also a volunteer youth football cheerleading coach for Wyalusing.
In her free time, Maria likes to binge Netflix movies, ride horses, spend time with her family.

Lissa Clayborn - United Way of Bradford County
Lissa Clayborn has been in nonprofit management for 30+ years and works passionately for the causes she believes in. Having joined the United Way of Bradford County in 2023 in the position of Program Director, she oversees various projects including the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program which helps volunteers bring free tax preparation and education to the county. Lissa has been the Executive Director for two international nonprofits and her background includes event management, operations, tax preparation, marketing, and a slew of other skills. On the personal side, she is an avid gamer from board games to electronic, a fan of NASCAR, and passionate about reading. In her spare time, she hosts a mystery book club.
