Ben McBratney, Operations Manager - Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority
Ben McBratney is the Operations Manager for Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority in Troy PA. He manages the day-to-day operations of the landfill along with a wide variety of truck routes from the Bradford County Landfill. Ben has worked for NTSWA for over 10 years with experience in the waste, recycling, and trucking industries. Born and raised in Bradford County, Ben understands the importance of serving his community. In his spare time Ben enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Nancy Kulick, Administrative Support Specialist - Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission
Nancy is the Administrative Support Specialist for Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission. She maintains and services the NTRPDC loan portfolio along with assisting several of the programs that Northern Tier offers. Nancy has worked in the banking field for 10 years prior to her position at NTRPDC. Nancy also serves on the Board of EMAAC along with the NTCC Occupational Advisory Committee. In her spare time she enjoys camping, crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

Lissa Clayborn - United Way of Bradford County
Lissa Clayborn has been in nonprofit management for 30+ years and works passionately for the causes she believes in. Having joined the United Way of Bradford County in 2023 in the position of Program Director, she oversees various projects including the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program which helps volunteers bring free tax preparation and education to the county. Lissa has been the Executive Director for two international nonprofits and her background includes event management, operations, tax preparation, marketing, and a slew of other skills. On the personal side, she is an avid gamer from board games to electronic, a fan of NASCAR, and passionate about reading. In her spare time, she hosts a mystery book club.

Kim Baldwin - M&T Bank
Kim Baldwin is the Senior Branch Manager at M&T Bank’s Towanda location, where she oversees personal banking as well as business and commercial banking. She also holds life insurance and financial investment licenses and has worked for M&T Bank for over twelve years. Kim has been married for 21 years and has two grown sons.

Joe Benjamin - Towanda Iron & Metal
Joe is a resident of Wyalusing, PA. where he is the current Marketing & Sales Manager for Towanda Iron & Metal Inc. in Towanda, PA. Joe is a 2003 graduate of Towanda High School, where he participated in multiple sports and was involved in community. He is a 2009 Graduate of Lock Haven University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Coaching & Leadership, he was also a member of the Lock Haven Wrestling team. Joe is a current coach of the Towanda Youth Wrestling and an active Little League coach for Towanda Little League. Joe enjoys cooking and outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, softball, baseball, golf and hiking. Joe also is passionate about serving others, his community, family & his faith. If you cannot find Joe in the greater Bradford County community on any given day, it is likely he is enjoying a trip to see different places and things with his wife Amy.

Randi Morse - River Valley Regional YMCA Bradford County
Randi Morse is the Executive Director of the Bradford County Branch YMCA, where she has served for more than three and a half years. She brings a strong background in leadership and community service, having dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable populations throughout Bradford County through work in housing services, addiction recovery, and collaboration with the criminal justice system. A longtime YMCA member, Randi values building strong community connections and partnerships. She is actively involved with the Rotary Club of Towanda, The Valley Chamber of Commerce, Towanda Little League, and local volunteer efforts. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Mansfield University and a Master’s degree in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University, and she resides in Towanda, Pennsylvania with her three children.

T. Thompson - Economic Development Progress Authority
Following his graduation from Villanova University, Thompson returned home and spent 19 years working as a commercial lender in the local banking industry before joining The Progress Authority six years ago, where he now serves as Executive Director. He serves on the boards of Northern Tier Counseling, Laurel Health, Serve, Inc., the Towanda Education Alumni Foundation, the Central Bradford County Chamber of Commerce, the Bradford County Tourism Agency, and the Sayre Enterprise Center; is a trustee of the Towanda Public Library; sits on the Regional Board for First Citizens Community Bank; and previously served as President and Treasurer of Towanda Youth Basketball. Thompson is also an ordained minister, a former supervisor of Wysox Township, and for many years was actively involved in coaching youth sports including basketball, softball, baseball, and football. He resides in Wysox with his wife, Darcy, and their two children, Boom and Elli.

Barbara Kropelnicki - Visions Federal Credit Union
Barbara “Barb” Kropelnicki serves as Branch Manager of Visions Federal Credit Union at the Wysox location, where she brings decades of experience and leadership to the financial services industry.
Barb began her credit union career in 1984 with Members First Federal Credit Union (formerly DuPont Credit Union) and has been a dedicated member of the Visions team since 2001. Her long-standing commitment to community-focused banking reflects the credit union philosophy of people helping people.
Beyond her professional role, Barb actively gives back to the community as a board member of United Way of Bradford County, supporting initiatives that strengthen and uplift Bradford County.

Kristin Schuster - The Dunn Group
Kristin Schuster is an Employee Benefits Account Manager at The Dunn Group where she has worked for over three years. She is the Events Committee Chair for the Chamber and enjoys hosting events for the chamber as well as outside the chamber. Fairly new to the county and community she moved here to enjoy the small-town atmosphere with her husband and raise their son.

Ashley White - Executive Assistant Bradford County
A dedicated professional and community advocate who balances her career as an Executive Assistant with a profound commitment to service. Known for her organizational prowess and strategic support, she extends her leadership skills to the nonprofit sector as an active member of the Board of Directors for French Azilum. When she isn't streamlining operations or volunteering her time, Ashley is likely curled up with a captivating book or enjoying the outdoors with her beloved dogs. Driven by a passion for making a difference, she thrives on connecting people and purpose in everything she does.

Stormy Wolfe is the owner and creative force behind Limitless Graphics, where bold ideas come to life through custom apparel, embroidery, and standout design. As a proud girl mom of two, Stormy balances entrepreneurship and motherhood with heart, hustle, and an unwavering creative spirit.
Deeply rooted in her community, she is passionate about helping local businesses, teams, and organizations show up confidently and professionally. Stormy believes in shopping local, giving back whenever possible, and building something truly limitless — not just for her business, but for the community she serves.

I am the Ad Director of the Sample News Group, where I have proudly served for 23 years. I also serve as President of H.O.P.S. Ambulance and Vice President of the Sunday Mixed League at Starlite Lanes. I reside in Camptown with my husband, Pete. Outside of work, I cherish time with my two children, their spouses, and my seven grandchildren. We enjoy camping, bowling, and cruising together whenever we can.
